Summary: The system was down so checking in was a nightmare. We didn’t get keys to our room until the next day before we checked out. With that being said the staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate each guest. The owners of this hotel need to step it up a bit. Our room was nice but the fridge was down and it just seemed a little rundown for Double Tree.

Summary: There was some confusion on check in. It seemed they couldn’t find our reservation. At 4:00pm we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Then we were given a room already occupied. The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks.

Summary: Checked in late and did not notice until the morning that the sheets had some stains. That’s not what I would expect from any hotel, they really need to get their act together.

Summary: Pool and Spa was out of order. Weed smell in hallway. Bar area was run down and dirty. I couldn’t even think to eat there. I won’t be back.

Summary: Property is in need of updating. My room was fine, but the common areas showed many signs of wear. Breakfast buffet cost $15 per person and was exactly equivalent to complimentary breakfast at other chains. My room was next to the elevator and I could hear it rumbling up and down.

Summary: Overall, it was a great stay. Really comfortable bed! The Executive Lounge deal was little weird, but the cookies made up for it. Will stay again.
